Daren has been with John Lum Architecture for over ten years and oversees production on many projects. His experience and knowledge of the planning and building permit processes, as well as his previous experience as a forensic architect, contribute greatly to the success of our projects.
Khoan Duong, Project Manager/ Designer/ Production

Since 2004, Khoan has been project manager on many commercial tenant improvements and a majority
of our green residential projects, including the Sunset Idea House, 2007. Previously with the Smith Group and Ottolini Booth & Associates, Khoan was involved in a diverse range of projects from educational, biotech and animal-care facilities, to corporate interiors, and residential tenant improvement.
James L. Barker, Project Manager/ Designer/ Production

With a background in public housing, international aid development and historic renovation in London, James brings an international consciousness to his work. James is currently managing the renovation
of several large apartment complexes for Essex Property Trust, along with several, high-end residential projects.
Luke Taylor-Brown, Project Manager/ Designer/ Production

Luke has been involved in public school design, historic preservation and Habitat for Humanity projects. Luke gained additional experience with Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects, before joining John Lum Architecture in 2006. His project experience includes tenant improvements, restaurants, surgery suites, and residential remodels.
