Contrasting is a row of incised maple stanchions that supports removable glass shelves, creating a flexible merchandising system. A freeform bench provides a quirky waiting area, while custom tables are "alien" counterpoints. Behind the curved wall are a reception counter, restroom, record storage area, laboratory and contact lens room. Private offices and two exam rooms are located on an adjacent second floor.
