This complete house remodel transformed a dated 1970's interior into a showcase of contemporary design. An existing structurally-unsound sunroom was reconstructed and converted into a dining area for the newly remodeled kitchen. Corner windows and an accordion door system open onto a new deck allowing a virtual outdoor eating experience, while a staircase provides easy access to the lush garden below. The sky blue integral colored stucco distinguishes the sunroom from the main body of the building, while natural cedar siding provides a rustic counterpoint. A new façade integrates the modern interior with the Edwardian exterior.
