AsiaLA An exciting 9,000 square foot restaurant in Hollywood. An entryway grotto will lead to a dramatic LED-shoji screened dining experience with a central runway. A basement lounge will allude to the belly of the beast. This restaurant is slated to open in 2010. Wimbledon Woods, Essex Property Trust The conversion of a 6,000 square foot recreation building into 12 studio/ loft apartments. Compact, with a high design look, these apartments will be efficient but will maximize the views of the San Jose Valley. Phase II will be a 200-300 unit condominium development on an adjacent parcel. Lim/ Kimberg Residence A third floor addition to a single-family house in Noe Valley. The entire house remodel will be green, utilizing a reuse/demo program, photo voltaic and solar water, and filtered fan system. This project will feature the first official rainwater catchment/ gray water system in the City of San Francisco and is being used as a test project for the PUC. An interior atrium that maximizes daylight and interior ventilation and a butterfly roof with Heath tile accents create a friendly, yet unusual presence in this eclectic neighborhood. Interior Design for Women's Education Media A pro-bono interior design for this academy-award-winning nonprofit that specializes in films geared toward youth and violence prevention. Reorganization of the office with new furniture systems, finishes, and lighting is planned. |
